The summary of "The Tale of Three Brothers"
"There were once three brothers who were travelling along a lonely, winding road at twilight-" Hermione Granger, (Page 330, Deathly Hallows UK)
The story is about three brothers who meet Death on their road late one night. They are each awarded a prize from Death since they escaped him earlier by not drowning in a dangerous river. The first brother asks for a wand that will always win duels and allow the owner to escape death. Without question, Death gives it to him. The second brother asks for something that will be able to recall others from death. Death picks up a stone and tells the second brother that it now has the power to bring back the dead. The third brother asks for something that will enable him to hide from death. Death gives the third brother his Invisibility Cloak.
